just do nothing
if you’ve ever been stressed before, don’t wory, you aren’t alone. i have my fair share of feeling stressed over so much stuff i have to do for my audience every single day. but if you feel like enough is enough and you wanna take a break from something for the rest of the day, week, month, etc., i have just the thing for you. breathe in and out and do nothing, or at least just do more simple tasks within your break
i know it may seem silly, but just look at juan right here in this image! he felt a little frustrated over some things, but doing nothing but lie on a little star pillow really helped him a lot. his body and his mind forgot about everything for a moment, and when he was done, he felt like he refreshed a lot, and got into some new, fresh activities
so if you’re ever feeling like “this is too much”, “i’ve got too much stuff i have to do”, “i can do this on time”, etc, stop and take a break. i think everyone needs it ;)
