y’all got ipad kids when i’ve got calculator kids

in the midst of the epidemic of ipad kids or kids who have excessive screen time on their hands, there lies a handful of plush kids of mine who prefer their brains to thrive and not rot, and that is the calculator.

if you’re a parent with a kid that’ll crash out the nanosecond their ipad’s taken away, they’re missing out on big time! once they learn that you can double numbers up to numbers they never knew existed, buddy, it’s gonna blow their brains out! :0 (and no, timmy, 9 + 10 doesn’t equal 21, ya newgen)

i’m mostly making this post for comedic purposes and less PSA-ish, but i believe screen time is good in moderation, especially when it comes to kids, and while i’m not a parent myself, i’m not an anti-screen time person and i don’t support people like sad-beige moms. all i’m saying is that if you let your kid have any type of screen time, balance non-screen activies like reading, going outside, or developing social skills with it because i promise you their childhood will be worth it with those things too.. ;)
